Now, the idea here was 50 leads into Gloucester and 56104 leads the train back to Chaddeston Sidings. We shall get to that in a minute, 56104 sits on what now is the front of 4Z03 Okehampton - Chaddeston Sidings waiting departure with 50008 on the rear. Soon after the 56 had taken charge it managed to get to Eckington Loop before 56104 threw in the towel and had enough, so 50008 was dropped from the back and attached to the front to lead the train up the Lickey incline. So in a way a pointless reversal afterall that but for this photographer worth it before making the train to our next location. 13/01/2018.
